What is the working principle of the Mobile Jaw Crusher?

The mobile jaw crusher operates on the proven "crank-driven extrusion" principle. The electric motor drives the eccentric shaft through V-belts and pulleys, converting rotational motion into the reciprocating movement of the moving jaw. As the moving jaw approaches the fixed jaw, the toggle plate angle increases, reducing the crushing chamber volume. The material between the two jaw plates is subjected to compression, shearing, and grinding forces.
