Primary Crushing Stage
All
bulk dolomite materials from large storage silos are uniformly fed into
the PE900×1200 jaw crusher through the ZSW600×130 vibrating feeder. The
jaw crusher performs the primary reduction, breaking large dolomite
blocks into smaller, manageable pieces. As a heavy-duty primary crusher,
the PE series delivers exceptional crushing force and reliable
performance even under continuous heavy loads, making it ideal for
processing tough dolomite material.
Secondary Crushing Stage
After
primary reduction, the material is transported by belt conveyor to a
transfer hopper. From the transit silo, the stone is evenly distributed
by inertial vibrating feeders to two PSG Series compound cone crushers
operating in parallel. This dual-crusher configuration ensures efficient
processing of the high feed volume and maintains consistent output
quality. The PSG Series cone crushers are specifically designed for hard
and abrasive materials, featuring a robust cast steel structure with
reinforcing ribs, hydraulic adjustment and cavity cleaning systems, and
spring-type iron release protection that allows uncrushable materials to

Screening and Classification Stage
Following
secondary crushing, the material is delivered by belt conveyor to two
3YK2460 circular vibrating screens for final screening and

finished product sizes: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm, and 30-80mm.
