What is the working principle of the DP series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher?

During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate via a pulley, V-belts, a drive shaft, and a pair of spiral bevel gears. Driven by the eccentric sleeve, the crushing cone assembly (moving cone) performs a gyratory motion, causing the surface of the moving cone (equipped with the mantle) to alternately approach and recede from the surface of the concave (bowl liner). Consequently, material entering the top of the crusher is crushed within the chamber formed between the concave and the moving cone through continuous compression, impact, and bending forces. After undergoing repeated compression, impact, and bending, the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of the crusher.
