Three-Stage Crushing & Reshaping Process Workflow
Primary Crushing: Large mountain stones are dumped into the hopper, where the ZSW130x600 vibrating feeder transfers them evenly into the PE900x1200 jaw crusher. The rocks are quickly downsized to manageable chunks.
Secondary & Tertiary Crushing: The primary crushed materials are transported via belt conveyors to the XHP400 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. Utilizing the advanced laminated crushing principle, the cone crusher performs high-reduction crushing and material reshaping simultaneously.
Precise Screening & Closed-Loop: The crushed products are sent to the 4YK2470 circular vibrating screen. Over-sized rocks are automatically sent back via conveyor to the cone crusher for re-crushing, while the qualified sizes (0- 5 mm, 5- 9 mm, 9- 12 mm) are piled separately as finished commercial aggregates.
